International Wine & Spirits Competition (IWSC) Silver Medal: The IWSC is the world’s largest and most influential spirits awards setting the benchmark for the highest quality spirits internationally.
Judged by a panel of experts and blind taste tested, our No. 57 White Rum scored an amazing 93 points out of 100. This placed it as one of the best British White Rums in the competition, a true testament to its exceptional flavour profile and superior quality.

Precise Distillation: Our distillation process is both an art and a science. Using traditional methods combined with modern techniques, we craft a rum that captures the essence of its ingredients while introducing unique and refined characteristics.
Finishing: Once our No. 57 Rum is distilled it is stored in stainless steel for up to 3 months to mellow to avoid any impact to the original flavour. Aside from water to dilute the spirit down, No 57 is completely unadulterated meaning we add nothing else to it. This is an authentic, overproof rum with no additional sweeteners or additives enhancing the natural flavours from the authentic spirit.
Master Blending: Our master blenders bring their expertise to the final product, ensuring that each bottle of No. 57 Rum offers a consistent and exceptional experience. Their skill in balancing flavours is what truly elevates our rum.
