Inspired by our distillery’s history as a secret WWII site built in 1941, our Gold Spiced Rum is a story where old meets new.
Our fermentation blends the finest molasses with our unique yeast recipe which is then hybrid-distilled. The rum is then delicately spiced, creating the perfect balance between sweetness and spice that's both distinctive in flavour and appearance.
Tasting notes: Light gold in appearance, this is a smooth, refined profile with notes of caramel, toffee and cinnamon.
